Can you believe it? Is was an idea conceived in 2003 when our congregation was exploring the possibility of a building expansion. It was a prayerful desire that members of Trinity help plant a “Sister Church” in the burgeoning area to the south of us. It was then known as ‘Taylor Ranch’ and is now referred to as ‘Thomas Ranch.’ Progress! That is what we feel, having begun regular Sunday morning worship at 10:00 AM. The reverends Ron Miller and Ann Graham-Johnson have led us in worship - each has been uplifting and enlightening. We are working on developing a music ministry and producing promotional materials. The Myakka River Fellowship meets on the Venice Campus of Manatee Community College in Building 800 of the Professional Building. We have a nice meeting place with seating for 300, use of a kitchen and a sophisticated projection and sound system. Myakka River Fellowship welcomes all who would like to come for a visit.
